Features:
l Before starting up, check whether the rotation of the pump shaft is flexible, whether there is jamming, whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines are open, and whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct.
l For pumps that have not been used for a long time, a certain amount of lubricating fluid should be injected into the pump cavity before starting to reduce the dry friction of the pump during the oil suction process and improve the self-priming performance of the pump.
l If there is abnormal noise or overheating after starting up, stop and check immediately.
l Check whether there is any leakage at the end of the pump shaft, such as: the packing seal should be properly tightened and the compression cover should be properly tightened, and other seals should be disassembled for inspection.
l If the hot oil is transported, it should be preheated evenly when starting up. The preheating is carried out by using the transported medium to continuously pass through the pump body.
l Preheating standard: The oil temperature at the suction port should not be higher than the temperature of the pump body by 40C. When the temperature rise rate of the preheating is controlled at less than 40C, the bolts fixing the pump body should be loosened during preheating. its tightened。
l During the preheating process, pay attention to observe the operation of the pump, and stop the pump immediately for inspection once any abnormalities are found.
l When the gear oil pump stops, first cut off the power supply, and then close the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines to avoid reverse rotation of the pump.
l When the pump has been used for a long time and the pressure and flow rate have dropped significantly, the pump should be disassembled for inspection and the worn parts should be replaced.
