In 2015, a food factory in the south purchased rotor pumps, water pumps, and sewage pumps. The factory mainly produces dairy products. The products show different viscosities at different temperatures, and the wetted parts need to be made of food-grade stainless steel. After our technical experts After technical communication with the customer, it was determined that the food-grade rotor pump independently developed by our company would be used. The maximum viscosity of this pump can reach 2,000,000 cp. It has been used by many food factories internationally with excellent results. In addition, the customer also needs to configure a complete sewage treatment system in the factory. For the sewage system, we directly recommend IS and ISW type water pumps as the pumping source.
To date, the products of this project have been used safely for more than 60,000 hours without accidents.
