JUSH-CHM series lightweight horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is a horizontal multistage booster pump optimized by absorbing mature international pump technology. All liquid contact components are manufactured from SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, with axial inlet and radial outlet layout and compact overall structure, convenient for pipeline installation.
The variable frequency constant pressure integrated version assembles frequency converter, pressure sensor, pressure tank, pressure gauge and check valve into one complete set. It automatically adjusts operating speed according to real-time water consumption to maintain stable pipeline water pressure, realizing unattended automatic operation. The pump is suitable for conveying thin, clean, non-explosive medium free of solid particles and fibers, applicable to both civil domestic water supply and industrial circulating fluid delivery, capable of direct replacement of imported horizontal multistage pumps.
Stainless Steel Flow Parts, Sanitary & Anti-Corrosion
The pump body and flow passage components are stamped and formed by SS304/SS316 stainless steel, effectively avoiding secondary pollution of water quality, resistant to mild corrosive media, suitable for purified water, softened water and light chemical liquid transportation.
Integrated VFD Constant Pressure Design, Stable Water Pressure
The complete machine is pre-assembled with frequency control cabinet, pressure tank and pressure gauge, no additional accessories need to be purchased for on-site assembly. It automatically adjusts rotation speed with water flow fluctuation to eliminate water pressure instability in high-rise buildings and commercial buildings.
Full Automatic Operation & Multi-Layer Electrical Protection
Users can freely set target pipeline pressure; built-in protection functions including overload, overcurrent, phase loss and dry-running protection. The pump automatically starts and stops according to water demand without manual on-duty operation, saving labor costs.
