DBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as the power source. It is suitable for various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. It can not only pump flowing liquids, but also transport some non flowing media, with many advantages of self priming pumps, submersible pumps, pumps, mud pumps, and impurity pumps.
No need for irrigation and diversion, can work submerged in the medium, suction lift up to 5m, head up to 50m, outlet pressure ≥ 6bar.
The flow is spacious and the passing performance is good, allowing the maximum particle diameter to pass through up to 10mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is little wear on the pump.
The head and flow can be adjusted steplessly through the opening of the air valve (air pressure adjustment between 1-7 bar).
The pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal, and the diaphragm completely separates the pumped medium from the moving parts of the pump and the workpiece medium, and the transported medium will not leak outside.
Simple structure, less wearing parts, the pump is simple in structure, easy to install and maintain.
Can transport viscous liquid (viscosity below 10,000 centipoise).
The pump does not need to be lubricated with oil, even if it is idling. It has no effect on the pump, which is the biggest feature of the pump.
Easy to use, reliable work, just open and close the gas valve to start and stop.
