Corrosion-resistant Centrifugal Pump Structure

FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump features:

Strong corrosion resistance: The main components of the pump are made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as fiberglass or stainless steel, which can resist the erosion of corrosive media and ensure the stable operation and long life of the pump.

Compact structure: The vertical structure design of the pump makes it occupy a small space and is suitable for installation in places with limited space, improving the flexibility and adaptability of the pump.

Efficient and energy-saving: The fluid dynamics design of the pump is optimized to reduce energy loss and improve pump efficiency and energy-saving performance.

Smooth operation: It has stable flow and pressure characteristics, low noise and small vibration, ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and reducing impact and damage to pipelines and equipment.

Convenient operation: The pump is simple to maintain and easy to operate and repair. Equipped with a convenient control system, it can be controlled and monitored remotely, which improves the convenience and flexibility of operation.

Wide range of applications: It is suitable for transporting various corrosive media and liquids without solid particles. It is widely used in acid-base transfer, chemical process circulation, electroplating solution transfer and other processes in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other industries.

FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps are mainly used in the following fields:

Chemical industry: used for acid-base transfer, solvent circulation, pickling, corrosive liquid transfer, etc. in chemical processes.

Petroleum industry: suitable for oil transportation, pickling, acid making, corrosive medium transfer, etc. in petrochemical plants.

Metallurgical industry: used in pickling, chemical bath transfer, acid-base liquid transfer, etc. in the smelting process.

Pharmaceutical industry: used for corrosive liquid transfer, solvent recovery, etc. in the pharmaceutical process.

Electroplating industry: used for the transfer of acidic plating solutions and alkaline plating solutions in the electroplating process.

Food and beverage industry: used to handle corrosive media, transfer of acid and alkali liquids, etc.

Other industries: such as textile, papermaking, electric power and other fields, used for the transfer and treatment of corresponding corrosive liquids.

In short, FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps are widely used in various industrial fields that need to transport or handle corrosive media. It can meet the needs of different industries for stable, corrosion-resistant and efficient liquid transfer.

The use conditions of FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps should meet the following requirements:

Temperature: According to the nature of the medium, select the appropriate pump material and sealing method so that the pump can operate normally within the working temperature range of the medium.

Pressure: The rated working pressure of the pump should be greater than or equal to the maximum working pressure of the medium. Care should be taken to prevent overpressure and rupture or damage to the pump body and seals.

Flow: Select the appropriate pump type and specifications according to process requirements to meet the required flow requirements.

PH value: Select the appropriate pump material according to the acidity and alkalinity of the medium to prevent corrosion and damage.

Concentration: Select appropriate pump materials and sealing methods according to the concentration of the medium to ensure that the pump operates normally within the concentration range.

Solid particles: Centrifugal pumps are suitable for transporting liquids without solid particles or with low content. If the medium contains solid particles, a corresponding filter or stirring device should be selected to avoid blockage or damage.

Environmental conditions: The installation environment of the pump should be dry and well-ventilated to avoid being affected by severe corrosive gases or harmful gases. At the same time, avoid harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature and high humidity.

The starting and stopping of the pump should comply with relevant operating procedures and safety requirements to avoid malfunctions or accidents caused by improper operation.

Note: When selecting and using the FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump, you should understand the properties of the medium, process requirements and environmental conditions in detail, and refer to the pump parameters and instructions for use to ensure that the pump can operate safely and stably. If necessary, you can seek advice and guidance from relevant professionals.

Working principle of FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump

The FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump uses centrifugal force to suck the liquid into the pump body from the inlet, and then increases the kinetic energy of the liquid through the action of the rotating impeller and pushes it to the outlet. There is a cavity inside the pump body. The liquid enters the cavity from the suction port under the action of the rotating impeller, and is then pushed to the pressure chamber in the middle of the pump body by centrifugal force, and then discharged from the outlet.

The specific workflow is as follows:

Suction stage: The inlet of the pump is connected to a pipe or container, and the liquid flows into the inlet of the pump through the pipe. When the pump starts working, a low-pressure area is formed at the inlet, causing liquid to be sucked into the pump body.

Pressing stage: The liquid enters the pump body and then enters the cavity. The cavity is equipped with a rotating impeller (blade). When the motor drives the impeller to rotate, the liquid is pushed by the impeller to form centrifugal force. Centrifugal force transfers the liquid to the pressure chamber in the middle of the pump body.

Discharge stage: Under the action of the pressure chamber, the liquid is pushed to the outlet of the pump body, then flows out of the pump body, and is then transported to the designated location through the pipeline.

The working principle of the FPG series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump is based on the centrifugal force. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller sucks the liquid from the inlet and pushes it to the outlet, realizing the transportation and circulation of the liquid. Through the adapted pump material and sealing method, the corrosion resistance of the pump is improved, allowing it to work stably in corrosive media.
