GDF vertical fluorine lined pipeline pump is widely used in acid cleaning and painting processes in automotive manufacturing; Electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting; Chlorine water, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in ion exchange membrane caustic soda projects. Designed according to international standards, with stable performance and safe use without leakage.
Application:
Suitable for transporting strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents and strong oxidants, suitable for industrial production and transportation of liquids, pressurized transport media for high-rise tanks, garden sprinkler irrigation, and long-distance transport.
Features:
•The flow-passing parts are all tightly lined with fluoroplastics, and the load-bearing part of the pump is made of metal materials. The vertical design occupies a small area, and the inlet and outlet diameters are the same on a horizontal line. It can be used in limited spaces or linear pipelines. •The booster impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft. Connected to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation.
•The structure is extremely simple, which is convenient for later maintenance and replacement of accessories, without dismantling the outer pipe.
