WQK/QG belt cutting submersible sewage pump perfectly integrates dry-type motor and pump body, equipped with professional cutting device to solve the common clogging pain point of traditional sewage pumps. It can cut and discharge long fibers, plastic bags, cloth strips, straw, ropes and other sundries mixed in sewage efficiently. This submersible sewage pump is suitable for conveying domestic wastewater, sewage, feces, suspended solids and non-corrosive medium containing paper scraps, wood chips, sediment and ore particles. The allowable liquid temperature ≤40℃, medium density ≤1200kg/m³, applicable pH value ranges from 5 to 9, meeting most conventional sewage conveying working conditions.

Built-in oil-water probe inside oil chamber; once mechanical seal is damaged and water invades, the probe sends alarm signal to protect motor from burnout. Optional full-automatic control cabinet supports monitoring water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over-temperature in real time, guarantee long-term stable unattended operation.
Float switch supports customized water level start-stop setting, automatic pump running control without manual supervision; optional water-jacketed external circulating cooling system enables dry running protection for motor.
Easy Maintenance Design
