IHF fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump is a single stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump designed and produced by combining the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump body is made of a metal casing lined with polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (F46), the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts, and the fluoroplastic is sintered and pressed as a whole. The shaft seal is made of polytetrafluoroethylene filling material, and the inlet and outlet are reinforced by cast steel bodies. This pump is widely used in liquid transportation, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, papermaking, etc.

Structural Features:
The pump body is lined with a metal casing lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the impeller and pump cover are all sintered and pressed into shape using metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastic. The shaft seal is mechanically sealed with an external corrugated pipe, and the static ring is made of 99.9% aluminum oxide ceramic or silicon carbide. The dynamic ring is made of PTFE filling material or silicon carbide. Its characteristics are advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, and long service life of the pump.
Main Application:
Can transport any concentration of strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, etc. It is currently one of the more advanced corrosion-resistant water pumps.
