ISW/IHW type horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, pressurized water delivery for high-rise buildings, garden spraying, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, Hot and cold water circulation pressurization and equipment matching in bathrooms, operating temperature T≤80℃.

Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Features:

Stable operation: The concentricity impeller of the pump shaft is excellent in dynamic and static balance, ensuring smooth operation without vibration.
Drip-proof: Carbide seals of different materials ensure that there is no leakage in the transportation of different media.
Low noise: The water pump under the two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, except for the weak sound of the motor, there is basically no noise.
Low failure rate: The structure is simple and reasonable, the key parts are equipped with first-class quality, and the trouble-free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved.
Easy maintenance: replace seals, bearings, easy and convenient.
Occupies more space: the outlet can be left, right, and upward in three directions, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation, and saves space.

Application Scope:

•ISW/IHW type horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, pressurized water delivery for high-rise buildings, garden spraying, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, Hot and cold water circulation pressurization and equipment matching in bathrooms, operating temperature T≤80C.

•ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgical, chemical, textile, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulation delivery and urban heating systems, ISWR type operating temperature T≤120C.

•ISWH type chemical pump is used for conveying liquid without solid particles, corrosive, and viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food manufacturing pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other departments. The operating temperature is -20℃+120℃.

•ISWB horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is -20℃~+120C℃
