The hydraulic end plunger drive has a wide range of flow/pressure applications, high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness.
High precision inlet and outlet one-way valve group, superior sealing performance, high bearing pressure, and high measurement accuracy.
The plunger and packing, as a pair of vulnerable parts of the shaft seal, have a risk of leakage and require periodic adjustment of the packing preload.
In addition to conventional media, it can be customized for working conditions such as high and low temperatures, high viscosity, solid content, and special media.
There is no safety relief device, it is recommended to install a safety valve on the outlet pipeline of the pump.
It can be connected in parallel with two or more heads to increase flow rate, reduce pulse, and can also transport multiple media simultaneously, serving as a proportional pump.
Optional metering pump stroke controller for a wider range of automated control.
