Dry screw vacuum pump is an air extraction device that uses a pair of screws to perform synchronous high-speed reverse rotation in the pump casing to produce air suction and exhaust. The two screws are supported by bearings after fine dynamic balance correction and are installed in the pump casing. There is a certain gap between the screws, so when the pump is working, there is no friction between them, the operation is smooth, the noise is low, and the working chamber does not require lubricating oil. Therefore, the dry screw pump can pump out gases containing a large amount of water vapor and a small amount of dust, has a higher ultimate vacuum, lower power
consumption, and has the advantages of energy saving and maintenance-free.
