LQ3A sanitary rotary lobe pump is designed according to the four major manufacturing standards of food grade, chemical grade, daily necessities type and special type, and its core components and sealing device will be selected according to the characteristics of different media to ensure that it meets the working conditions of various complex materials. According to customer requirements, the pump body can be equipped with an optional reducer to achieve adjustable speed control to meet the needs of smooth conveying of different viscosity media; The inlet and export connection methods provide a variety of options such as clamps, quick installation, flanges, female threads, external threads and union joints. In addition, the pump body can also be customized with high-temperature resistance, insulation or water-cooled structure as needed, making the equipment more reliable and adaptable in more professional scenarios.


Product Principle

Rotary pumps are also known as gel pumps, three-blade pumps, sole pumps, etc. It relies on two rotors (with 2-4 teeth) that rotate synchronously and in opposite directions to generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during rotation, so as to suck in the material to be conveyed. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into small spaces and operate in the order of a→b→c→d. When running to position a, only chamber I is filled with media; When at position B, part of the medium is closed in room B; When it reaches position c, the medium is also closed in room A; When it reaches position d, chambers A and B are connected to chamber II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port. In this cycle, the medium (material) is continuously transported.

  • Food: tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, peanut butter, sour milk, whipped cream, ice cream, cheese cubes, whey, beer, wort, yeast, fruit drinks, vegetable paste, jam, jelly, mooncake filling, bread and pastry, minced meat, minced meat, cooking oil, candy, chocolate, etc.

  • Pharmaceuticals: various types of pill paste, extracts, emulsifiers, cough syrups, paste agents, biological products, cod liver oil, pollen, royal jelly, etc.

  • Daily chemicals: shampoo, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, cosmetics, soap, etc

  • Chemicals: fats, solvents, resins and polymers, paints, pigments, dyes, coatings, lubricants, greases, petroleum catalysts, emulsified asphalts, adhesives, detergents, plastics, explosives, fiberglass, leather, etc.

  • Construction: various coatings. Including interior and exterior wall coatings, anti-corrosion and waterproof coatings, cold porcelain coatings, colorful coatings, ceramic glazes, etc.

  • Other industries: plastic industry, textile industry, paper industry, coal flotation agent, nanomaterials, biochemical industry and other industries.
