NYP high viscosity rotor pump is a delivery pump for high viscosity media. It is suitable for the transportation industry of various fluids, especially for fluid transportation that handles large changes in viscosity and a wide range. It can be used for transportation in petroleum, chemical industry, paint, grease, medicine, dye and food industries. There are two types of materials: ordinary cast iron and stainless steel. The pump head, pump casing and sealing cavity can all be equipped with insulation jackets. Select the location where insulation is required based on actual needs. The jacket and the pump body are cast into one body, which has good thermal insulation effect and can avoid various problems caused by welding the jacket. When heating is required, various heating media such as hot steam and thermal oil can be passed into the jacket cavity for heat preservation. When cooling is required: the constant temperature of the pump body can be maintained through various coolants. Adjustable clearance: The pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the viscosity needs without disassembling the pump to meet the process requirements of the pump under different viscosities. The operation is simple and does not require disassembly of pump parts. The outer rotor drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction, resulting in less wear and long service life.

Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cSt-300,000cSt

Applicable medium temperature: -10℃~200℃



●High viscosity rotor pump applications:

Environmental protection, transportation of industrial sewage, domestic sewage, sludge and turbid water containing solid particles and short fibers, also suitable for oil-water separators, plate and frame filter press equipment, etc.

Shipbuilding industry: wheel bottom cleaning, oil and water, oil residue, oil sewage and other medium transportation.

Petroleum industry: transporting crude oil, mixtures of crude oil and water, mixtures of coalfield gas and water, injecting polymers into the formation, etc.

Medicine, daily chemicals: various viscous slurries, emulsions, various ointments and cosmetics.

Food canning industry: various viscous starches, thick distiller's grains, grain product residues, various sauces, slurries, and solid slurries.

Construction industry: spraying of cement mortar, lime slurry, paint and paste.

Mining industry: solid particles, groundwater, and slurry water in mines.

Chemical industry: various suspensions, greases, various colloidal slurries, various adhesives.

Printing and papermaking: high viscosity ink, PVC polymer plastic paste for wallpaper and paper pulp of various concentrations, short fiber pulp.

Applications include transporting organic acids, fatty acids, alkalis, caustic soda, soda, polymers, soaps, shampoos, animal fats, vegetable oils, chocolate and other specialty fluids.



●Advantages of high viscosity rotor pump:

1 The high viscosity pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc.

2. The liquid is transported smoothly, without pulsation, small vibration and low noise.

3. The rotation speed of the high viscosity pump has a linear functional relationship with the flow rate. The rotation speed can be appropriately changed to change the flow rate of the pump. High viscosity pumps are particularly suitable for transporting high viscosity media. The high viscosity pump shaft end adopts mechanical seal.

4. Prevent leakage to the greatest extent.

5 Suitable for outdoor installation, the fully enclosed magnetic coupling cavity can protect the outer magnet from contact with moisture or external substances.

There are more than 6 standard sliding bearing materials to choose from: cast iron, copper, graphite, tungsten carbide.

7The standard magnet material is NdFeB alloy. Optional samarium cobalt permanent magnets allow operating temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius.
