Working principle of D-type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump:

When the impeller of a multi-stage centrifugal pump rotates clockwise, the liquid inside the pump will be thrown around with the rotation of the impeller and the effect of centrifugal force. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid inside the pump forms a closed circular ring with the same shape as the pump chamber. The inner surface of the lower part of the water ring is exactly tangent to the impeller hub, and the upper inner surface of the water ring is just in contact with the top of the blade. At this time, a month shaped space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and this space is divided into several small cavities equal to the number of blades by the impeller. If starting from the lower 0 ° of the impeller, the volume of the small chamber of the impeller increases from small to large before rotating 180 °, and it is connected to the suction port on the end face. DG: Suitable for conveying clean water without solid particles or objects with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the medium being transported is -20 ℃~150 ℃, and the suction and discharge ports of the pump are vertically upward.

DY: Suitable for conveying petroleum products or other liquids similar to water that do not contain solid particles. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃~+400 ℃, and the suction and discharge ports of the pump are vertically upward.

DF: Suitable for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles, the temperature of the medium being transported is -20 ℃~+150 ℃, and the suction and discharge ports of the pump are vertically upward.
