QDX type stainless steel single-phase submersible pump is a lightweight and corrosion-resistant clean water conveying equipment. It is made of stainless steel precision casting, corrosion-resistant, environmentally friendly, beautiful in appearance, small in size, and durable. The motor adopts F-class insulation and is equipped with thermal protection devices, greatly extending the service life of the pump. Corrosion resistance and pollution prevention
The pump body, impeller, volute and other flow components are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to acid, alkali, seawater and general corrosive media (pH 4-10), suitable for high hygiene requirements (such as the pharmaceutical and food industries).
Double end mechanical seal (made of silicon carbide material) combined with fluororubber sealing ring effectively prevents liquid leakage and external impurities from entering, with high sealing reliability.
Security protection design
Equipped with a built-in thermal protector, it automatically cuts off the power supply when the motor overheats, overloads, or loses phase to avoid burning out.
Protection level IP68, insulation level F, capable of long-term operation in environments with a diving depth of ≤ 5m.

3.Stainless Steel Single-phase Submersible Pump Working principle
QDX pump works based on the principle of centrifugal force:
Start up phase: The pump chamber is pre filled with liquid, and the impeller rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor.
Pumping process:
The liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge by centrifugal force, and is discharged from the outlet after being pressurized by the vortex shell.
A low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller, and the liquid is continuously sucked into the pump chamber under the external atmospheric pressure.
Sealing guarantee:
Double end mechanical seal isolates the motor chamber from the medium, preventing water from infiltrating the motor (oil chamber pressure>external water pressure) and ensuring insulation safety.
4.Service Conditions For Stainless Steel Submersible Pumps
1. The submersible depth of the electric pump shall not exceed 5m.
2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ℃.
3. The pH values of the conveying medium are 304 (4-10) and 316 (2-13).
4. The conveying medium contains solid particles with a diameter not exceeding 0.2mm and a volume not exceeding 0.1%.
