QDX Type Submersible Pump is an efficient, energy-saving, and corrosion-resistant multifunctional submersible electric pump. It adopts stainless steel centrifugal impeller and double end mechanical seal design, which combines compact and lightweight (weight 10-20kg) with durability. It supports the pumping of clean water, mild sewage, and seawater (sand content ≤ 0.1%). Its flow range is 1.5-100m ³/h, with a maximum head of 60 meters, and it can automatically start and stop (with float switch configuration). 3.Working Principle of QDX Type Submersible Pump
QDX submersible pump works based on the principle of centrifugal pump:
Power transmission: After the motor is powered on, it drives the impeller to rotate at high speed (usually at a speed of ≥ 2800r/min).
Centrifugal force: The impeller blades push the liquid to rotate with the impeller, and the liquid is thrown towards the volute flow channel under the action of centrifugal force.
Pressure increase: The snail shell converts the kinetic energy of the liquid into pressure energy, forming a high-pressure water flow that is discharged through the outlet.
Water absorption process: Negative pressure is formed at the center of the impeller due to the liquid being thrown out, and external liquid is continuously replenished under atmospheric pressure to achieve continuous pumping.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Diving depth: It is recommended to be ≤ 5 meters and keep a distance of ≥ 0.5 meters from the bottom of the water to avoid inhaling silt.
Power supply voltage: single-phase 220V ± 10% or three-phase 380V ± 10%.
Prohibited use scenarios
Wastewater containing flammable and explosive liquids, strong acids and alkalis (pH exceeding the range), and impurities such as fibers or long particles.
