QW Type Submersible Sewage Pump Feature:

  1. By adopting a unique single or double disc wheel structure, the ability of dirt to pass through is greatly improved, which can effectively pass through the fiber material with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

  2. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.

  3. The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, the maintenance is convenient, and there is no need to build a pump room. It can work by diving in, greatly reducing the project cost.

  4. A high-precision interference leakage detection sensor is installed in the sealed oil chamber, and a thermal sensor is embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the water pump motor.

  5. According to user needs, a fully automatic control cabinet can be equipped to automatically protect the pump from water leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.

  6. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.

  7. The QW series submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, which brings greater convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this.

  8. It can be used within the full head without overloading the motor.

  9. There are two different installation methods for submersible sewage pumps: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.

QW submersible sewage pump is widely used in the following fields due to its excellent performance and durability:

  • Municipal sewage treatment:

    Used for wastewater discharge from sewage treatment plants, treating urban sewage and domestic sewage containing solid particles.

  • Industrial wastewater discharge:

    Applicable to wastewater discharge from metallurgy, chemical industry, papermaking, power industry and other industries, especially wastewater containing solid particles, fibers or impurities.

  • Construction site drainage:

    Used for temporary drainage during construction, especially water discharge from low-lying areas such as underground foundation pits and basements.

Submersible Sewage Pump Installation Method:

Indoor sewage pool (sump) sewage pump adopts multiple forms of fixed installation (single pump, double pump) with automatic coupling device. Among them, the hose connection mobile installation is limited to submersible sewage pumps with motor power (N) ≤ 7.5 kW and discharge pipe (DN) ≤ 100 mm. Outdoor sewage pools only adopt one form of fixed installation (double pump) with automatic coupling device. The installation method of sewage pumps used for fire elevator drainage pits should adopt 2 hard pipe connection fixed type or 2 fixed auto-coupling type, and the effective volume of the sump should not be less than 2.0 m3, and the rated flow of sewage pumps should not be less than 36 m3/h.


Submersible Sewage Pump Use Conditions:

1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, the medium density is 11.3×103kg/m3, and the pH value is within the range of 59.

2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not be exposed to the liquid surface for more than 1/2.

3. The main parts of this pump are made of cast iron, so it cannot be used to pump highly corrosive liquids.
