The SPP series chemical pump is a single stage, radial split, cantilever mixed flow pump. Adopting a horizontal foot installation, it is suitable for conveying high flow rate, low head, clean or polluting media, with high efficiency and low energy consumption. Suitable for various acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive liquids at medium to low temperatures, as well as media containing solid particles. It can be used for forced circulation of evaporators, seawater aquaculture, gas engineering, water conservancy irrigation and water treatment systems, industrial processes, seawater salt production, etc. Suitable for transporting chemicals with temperatures between -20 ℃ and 120 ℃, pressures below 1.0MPa, and flow rates ranging from 1m ³/ H to 2000m ³/ H varies and can meet the needs of different occasions.

Product Structure:
The pump body is supported by the foot and adopts a "front pull out" structural design. When inspecting and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline connected to the pump body, making maintenance convenient.
Adopting an open impeller, with a large flow area and good passability. The impeller is driven by a key, fixed axially through the impeller nut, and equipped with a balance hole to balance axial force.
The support feet of the pump body can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. In this way, the rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thus ensuring the service life of the shaft seal and bearings.
The pump device can be equipped with a complete exhaust device, which is conducive to the exhaust of the suction pipeline.
The sealing shaft adopts a double end mechanical seal, which is externally connected with cooling and flushing water to improve the working conditions of the shaft seal and prolong the service life of the mechanical seal.
The flow passage components can be made of materials such as carbon steel, 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, 1.4529, titanium TA2, Hastelloy, or customized according to customer requirements.
