The ISG series single stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump, and is cleverly combined and designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, suitable hot water, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pumps and oil pumps are derived from the ISG type based on different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has advantages such as high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, and reliable performance.

Installation method for vertical centrifugal water pump:

1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low building investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of the motor, with a short axial size and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are configured reasonably, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the pump, low vibration, and low noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, as long as the pump coupling seat nut is removed, all rotor components can be extracted.

5. The series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

6. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, pumps can be installed vertically and horizontally.

Application characteristics of vertical centrifugal water pumps:

1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration circulation, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a usage temperature of T ＜ 80 ℃.

2. The IRG (GRG) type vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, and other boiler high-temperature hot water booster circulation conveying and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type has a operating temperature T ＜ 120 ℃, and the GRG type has a operating temperature T ＜ 240 ℃.

3. IHG vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with operating temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.

4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the medium being transported is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.

Working conditions of vertical centrifugal water pump:

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed during ordering, so that the overcurrent and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel material during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 40%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.

Note: If the medium used contains small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

Working conditions of vertical centrifugal water pump:

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed during ordering, so that the overcurrent and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel material during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 40%.
