The double-lobed rotor pump (specifically for biogas and sewage) is a positive displacement pump designed for handling complex media. It features a two-lobed wide-edge screw rotor structure and employs linear sealing technology to achieve efficient transportation of high-viscosity and high-solid-content media. The pump integrates wear-resistant rubber-coated rotors with a 316 stainless steel pump body, making it particularly suitable for conveying fermentation substrates in biogas projects and sludge transfer in sewage treatment systems. It can withstand media with a solid content rate of up to 55% and viscosities as high as 1,000,000 CP.
