When installing centrifugal pumps, gate valves are usually installed in the supporting pipelines to regulate The valve is a common flow regulating valve device. Depending on the application and the liquid on the conveyor, the out-of-phase part of the regulating valve may be blocked or stuck. So how to prevent the regulating valve in the chemical centrifugal pump pipeline from being blocked or stuck?

1. Install pipeline filter method

For caliber regulating valves, especially very small flow regulating valves, the throttle gap is very small, and there should be no trace of residue in the medium. In case of blockage in this situation, install a filter device on the pipeline in front of the valve to ensure the smooth passage of the medium. For regulating valves with positioner applications, the positioner is working abnormally and the throttle valve port of the hydraulic valve block is blocked. This is a common fault. Therefore, when working with a locator, it is necessary to secure the air source. The common method is to install a gas filter pressure reducing valve on the air source pipe in front of the locator.

2. Media erosion method

Utilize the erosion kinetic energy of the medium itself to erode and remove items that are prone to settling and clogging, thereby enhancing the anti clogging effect of the valve. The commonly used methods include: switching to flow closed applications; Select a sporty oil circuit board; Place the throttle valve in the most harmful area for erosion, and when using this method, special attention should be paid to improving the erosion resistance of the raw materials of the throttle valve components.

3. External erosion method

When using a general valve to adjust certain media that are prone to settling and contain liquid particles, it is often necessary to block the throttle valve port and guide point. The bottom plug of the valve cover can be used to externally corrode the vapor and vapor. When the valve causes blockage or jamming, the external steam body or steam gate valve can only be opened for cleaning work without adjusting the valve, so that the valve can operate normally.

4. Convert direct connection to angular method

Directly connected to the inverted S liquidity, the flow path is complex, and there are many dead zones in the upper and lower chambers, which provides a region for the settling of the medium. Angular connection, the medium is like passing through a 90 ℃ bend, with good erosion characteristics, small dead zone, and easy to design into a streamline. Therefore, when a directly connected regulating valve causes mild blockage, it can be changed to an angle valve application.

5. Expansion of throttle valve clearance method

Common faults such as blockage and jamming caused by the inability to pass through the throttle valve port, such as liquid particles in the medium or corroded welding and rust in the pipeline, can be replaced by throttle valve components with large gaps - the total area of the throttle valve is the size of the valve core and sleeve for window ventilation and opening, and the total area of the throttle valve is concentrated rather than scattered on the circle. Common faults can be easily cleared by plants. If it is a single or double seat valve, the plunger pump shaped valve core can be changed to a V-shaped valve core, or to a sleeve valve, etc.

6. Cleaning method

Welding through, rust, debris, etc. in the pipeline can cause blockage or jamming at the throttle valve port, guiding position, and the balance hole wall of the lower valve cover, resulting in bruises and scratches on the valve core slope and guiding surface, and imprinting on the protruding surface. This often occurs in the early stages of new system software deployment and maintenance. It is a commonly used common malfunction. In this situation, it is necessary to remove the debris and carry out cleaning. If the protruding surface is damaged, it should also be ground; Open the bottom plug together to flush away any debris that falls into the lower valve cover from the balancing hole, and clean the pipeline. Before putting it into use, fully open the regulating valve and allow the medium to flow for a period of time before it can be included in all normal operations.
