Working principle of WQ series sewage pump:

1. Diving design:

The WQ series sewage pump is an integrated submersible pump, with the motor and pump body integrated and fully immersed in sewage for operation. This design reduces the installation space requirement of the pump and can be directly placed to work in the sewage tank.

2. Start and suction:

After the pump is started, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal force. Due to the centrifugal force, sewage is sucked into the inlet of the pump.

3. Centrifugal force action:

The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller throws the sewage from the center of the impeller towards the edge of the impeller, forming a high-pressure area. Under the pressure, the sewage is pushed towards the outlet of the pump casing.

4. Discharge of sewage:

The sewage accelerated by the impeller is discharged from the pump body through the guide shell and drainage channel. The design of the guide shell ensures a smooth transition of water flow, reduces energy loss, and improves pump efficiency.

5. Cutting device (some models):

Some WQ series sewage pumps are equipped with cutting devices that can cut larger solid particles and fiber materials into small pieces to prevent pump and pipeline blockage. These cutting devices are usually installed at the inlet of the impeller and cut dirt through high-speed rotation.

6. Sealing and cooling:

The motor and other key components of the pump are protected by mechanical seals and oil chamber isolation to prevent sewage from entering the motor chamber. When the motor works in sewage, it is cooled by the pumped sewage to ensure that the motor does not overheat.

Impeller:

The impeller is the core component of the pump, responsible for converting the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic and potential energy of water. The impeller design optimization of the WQ series sewage pump has good anti clogging performance.

Pump casing:

The pump casing contains an impeller and forms a flow channel to guide sewage towards the outlet. Pump casings are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to various sewage environments.

Mechanical seal:

Mechanical seals are used to prevent sewage from entering the motor cavity and protect the motor and other internal components. The WQ series pumps typically use dual mechanical seals to provide higher sealing reliability.

Motor:

The submersible motor drives the impeller to rotate, and the motor usually has a waterproof and moisture-proof design, and is cooled by water to ensure long-term stable operation.

Cutting device (optional):

The cutting device is used to treat wastewater containing long fiber substances and solid particles, effectively preventing blockages.
