The YG type vertical single-stage single-suction explosion-proof centrifugal pump is designed using the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and a clever combination of general vertical pumps. At the same time, according to the use temperature, medium, etc., we can dispatch hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps based on the ISG type. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.

Product Features

The pump has a vertical structure. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve.
The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. It has short axial dimensions, compact and beautiful structure, small footprint, and low construction investment. With the addition of a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring smooth operation of the pump with small vibration and low noise.
The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, using titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal and carbide material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life.
Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just remove the pump joint seat nut to extract all the rotor parts.

Scope of application

Transporting oil, kerosene, diesel, solvent, edible oil, the temperature of the transported medium is -20℃~120℃.
Widely used in oil depots, docks, ships, chemicals, textiles, environmental protection and other industrial and mining enterprises.
Pumps for pressurized circulation transportation of high-temperature hot water in boilers such as metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, restaurants, bathrooms, hotels, etc., and heating circulation pumps for urban housing. The operating temperature is below 105°C.
