The ZS stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is made of stainless steel plate stamping and expansion welding and other advanced processes. It is a new generation of pipeline centrifugal pump that can replace the traditional IS pump and general corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps. It is a direct-coupled pump shaft connection, consisting of a pump, pump shaft and standard motor. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, light structure, high efficiency and energy saving, durability and light corrosion resistance, low noise and simple maintenance.

Suction Phase: When the pump is started, the centrifugal wheel (also called impeller or impeller) begins to rotate. A low-pressure area forms in the pump body near the suction port, causing liquid to be sucked into the pump.
Effect of centrifugal force: Due to the rotation of the centrifugal wheel, the liquid forms a vortex on the centrifugal wheel, generating centrifugal force. This centrifugal force pushes the liquid toward the periphery of the centrifugal wheel.
Pressure increase: As the liquid continues to move around the periphery of the centrifugal wheel, the kinetic energy of the liquid is converted into pressure energy, causing the pressure of the liquid to increase.
Discharge stage: When the liquid reaches a certain pressure, it is pushed to the discharge port of the pump. At this point, the pump can move the liquid to where it is needed, such as a piping system, a storage tank, or other equipment.
Self-priming capability: Some centrifugal pumps, especially self-priming centrifugal pumps, have self-priming capabilities. This means that the pump can draw liquid on its own when started, without the need for manual filling or other assistance.
