S, SH type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump casing split centrifugal pump, the biggest feature is wide performance range, high efficiency, reliable operation and long service life. This series of pumps has complete varieties and specifications, compact structure, small footprint, and excellent economical operation characteristics. It is used for pumping clean water or other liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to water. The temperature of the conveyed liquid shall not be higher than 80°C.

Product Description

S/SH type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps are new energy-saving horizontal split-case pumps, used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. According to user needs, by changing the pump structure and material, it can be used to transport muddy, sandy water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Various corrosive liquids, this series of pumps are suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland drainage and irrigation and various water conservancy projects.

3. Easy maintenance, no need to disassemble the water inlet and outlet pipes and motor.

4. The available mechanical seals and packing seals all use internal circulation for cooling and lubrication.

Large Flow Split Case Centrifugal Pump Product Structure:

The main parts are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, etc.

Both the suction port and the discharge port are below the axis of the water pump, perpendicular to the axis and horizontal, and there is no need to dismantle the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance.

Viewed from the transmission direction, the water pump rotates clockwise (can be changed to counterclockwise). The water pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling.

The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used), and there is a water seal ring between the packings. When the water pump is working, a small amount of high-pressure water flows into the packing chamber through the water air pipe to act as a water seal.
